This is a 2 hour special mostly about Hattori Heiji (AKA Detective of the West that comes from Osaka) This special consist of two or three different case total. But they all take place while Hattori Heiji and his girlfriend (Kazuha) are on vacation visiting there friends Conan (AKA Kudou Shinichi) & Ran.
